Membership in ʻAhahui o Nā Kauka connects Native Hawaiian physicians and physician trainees to a growing network rooted in shared identity, kuleana, and commitment to the health of our lāhui.
Professional Network & Mentorship
Access to a trusted network of Native Hawaiian physicians across specialties and islands. Members can build relationships for mentorship, peer support, clinical collaboration, and career advancement. For students and residents, this network offers culturally grounded guidance through the pathway to medicine.
Workforce Development & Pipeline Support
Membership strengthens efforts to grow and sustain the Native Hawaiian physician workforce. Members can engage in outreach to keiki and haumāna, participate in health fairs and career panels, and help inspire the next generation of kauka.
Leadership & Advocacy Opportunities
Members have opportunities to shape policy, advance health equity, and advocate for Native Hawaiian health priorities at local and national levels. The organization provides a unified voice to elevate issues impacting our communities.
